連泊で利用しました。スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 ただ､連泊するにはランドリーがあれば言うことなしです。 施設的には､細かいところを見ると… 古さが見受けられますが､不便はなかったです。 駅近だし､コンビニあり､飲み食いするのも困りませんね。

善光寺口より静かな東口すぐ近くで便利。併設のレストランがとても美味しかったです。朝食付でしたが、夕食も頂きました。お酒も種類が多くて、地元の方が利用されてました。 また泊まりたいです。

長野駅東口の便利なホテル

駅からのペデストリアンデッキでごくアクセスが良く、コンビニも隣接してあります。東口はお店が少ないですが、駅の自由通路で善光寺口にすぐ行けます。

事前に何回もQRコードが送られてきたのに、結局自動チェックインできず　 意味ない 部屋のトイレも暖房便座でもなく冷たい 駐車場もなく、割引きもない 充電するところが枕元になく、延長コード2本あったがとどかない モーニングビュッフェも種類が少なく 値段の割に質素で、もう泊まることはないと思います
