"場所の説明は、事前にメールがありましたので、スムーズに到着出来ました。 ドアを開け、まず最初にカビ臭いのが感じられました。窓を全室開け空気の入れ替えをし、和室の押入れが特にカビ臭がありました。あちこちに消臭剤が置いてありましたが・・効果は無く、洗面所と浴室・流し台の排水溝の下水からの悪臭が酷くて、お風呂は利用する気にもならず、2日共日帰り温泉に行きました。洗濯機もありますが、蛇口から洗濯槽まで届かず洗濯槽の中も茶色の汚れがこびり付いていてコインランドリーに行きました。帰宅してからも持ち込んだ物は全てカビ臭が移っていました。室温20℃と快適でしたが、ニオイに関しては残念でした。改善される事を希望します。"
