"オーナーさんは、とても気さくな方で色々お話しが出来て良かったです。今回、B'zのLIVEで近場でと思い、リーズナブルな金額で2泊出来たので、満足しています。ホテルでは無いので、隣の人の話し声が筒抜けだったので、こちらもなるべく小声で話す様に気遣ったりしました。あと、朝晩少し寒かったので、暖房機器があればと思いました。朝、妻がお隣に泊まっていらっしゃった方も、LIVEに来ていた方だったそうで、少しお話したそうです。"

"Stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for several of my trips to Sapporo . Over the last 10 years the room and service standard levels appeared to have deteriorated slightly somewhat (this is generally the case for almost all the establishments now) . Hotel is in a convenient location , clean and top notch and car rental office is just at the Lobby area."

"The Gracery is across the street from Sapporo Station making it very convenient for travelers. We stayed 3 nights. We drove a rental car & it was a little crazy finding the parking garage due to high volume of pedestrians. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would recommend The Gracery."
