“Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend……

“This is a nice sized home. Convenient to the subway in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are very generously sized. There is plenty of room in the living and dining area.”

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”

“The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. ”
