"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel room was the nicest room that I’ve ever stayed in! It was incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom area. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of Japanese and Western hot and cold dishes. Everything was really well-labelled for people with dietary requirements. The onsen was lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate to go early and have it all to myself! Well-located, with the train station directly opposite and the tram stop just around the corner."

"It's APA, so it was small, clean, and the staff is always helpful. Nothing extraordinary, but reliability good, especially for solo traveling. I believe there were 3 standard Japanese laundry machines with the built in dry function that doesn’t work too well on thicker cotton like pants. A couple of the nights, my room got the faint smell of cigarettes, but the entire hotel is non-smoking, so it isn't the hotel's fault someone broke the rules."
