The staff was amazing. Best of all, the facilities at the hotel made our trip so much easy. Laundry with dryer, night gown and little travel essentials werr also available.

キレイな部屋で水回りも新しく、気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食場所は狭いですがメニューの補充も早く、温かいご飯を頂けました。 何より駅近にあって500円で1日駐車をホテル前にできたので次回も利用候補にしたい。小学生までは添い寝無料は有り難いです。4人家族で12000円の宿泊はこの時期破格です。ありがとうございました。

受付の人、仕事になれたせいか、受付が受付になっていないと思われた。 受付も誰もが御社の受付システムを知っていると勝手に思っておられるようで、受付に行ったら機械でお願いしますと言ったきり何の対応も監視もなかった。何か親しみが湧かないなと思いました。

朝食が付いているとは知らなかったので　嬉しかったです。ただ時間帯にもよるのでしょうが　すごく混雑する時間だったので　ざわざわしていて食べた気がしなかったです。実際食べられなかった。 インバウンドの人は　マナーが分から無いのか　「NO　NO」と言われていたし　その後にそこのものは取るのを躊躇われた。 ホテル内全館禁煙なので　エントランス外でタバコを吸っている人が多く　出入りする際臭かった。
