“Well located in the heart of Nagpur. Welcoming staff and well sized clean rooms. We stayed for one night and had breakfast. The breakfast options were all right.”

“-Swimming pool is poorly maintained. My kid got hurt with something very sharp inside swimming pool. Water was very dirty. - Person who is incharge of Safari, was charging too much higher charges than government approved rates over there. We ask him to cancel our tickets once we get to know that rates are higher. He asked for 3000 rupees towards the cancellation charges. We asked for cancelled tickets then he showed us the tickets booked with someone else name written over it. Do not believe……

“I booked this property after talking with the reception about availability of the Gym. When I got down the first day to exercise, they said the gym was not available. I stayed three nights and there was no gym. I was given a strange reason of air-conditioning not working as the reason for closing the gym. The only reason I chose this place was availability of the workout facility and that not being available was very disappointing. The buffet breakfast and dinner food was average. The staff was……

“A clean but very small rooms. Truly a budget place. The food was average. The gym was good and well stocked with all basic needs.”

“The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. ”
