Amazing place for a family stay. Tons of space. Great location. And GORGEOUS waterfront views. Steps from the beach. And a bonus, my grandparents loved the elevator in the home!

Beautiful house!

This house was perfect for our large group! Plenty of room to gather together in the common spaces, and a VERY well-appointed kitchen full of EVERYTHING you need to cook for a group! TWO ovens, TWO dishwashers, and TWO refrigerators! Our favorite surprise was the milkshake machine! Three levels of deck space. We stayed in February so we didn't use the pool or hot tubs. Wonderful house - would recommend!

OBX Attitude

There were a few things that can be updated. For example, the sliding door on bottom level leading to the pool was impossible to open. We ended up just leaving it open because it was so hard to slide. Biggest complaint was with rental company, Seaside Vacations, and their lack of knowledge pertaining to house amenities. We drove down large items, crib and high chair, because we were told there weren’t any in the house. Upon arrival we discovered TWO of each. Hot tub was not usable the first few days due to being dirty and foamy, called rental management company and they sent someone to drain it half way through our week. Otherwise it was a great house and location.

Fun property, described exactly as we experienced. On the beach, short distance to shopping and restaurants, plenty of space to come together and also have quiet time. Excellent experience and transaction.

I wanted to share our experience with you about our stay.We were all really disappointed.When we got to the home, there was trash outside. It looked like someone had just emptied a trash bag on the ground. The floors were dirty with sand all over. The outside pool area was dirty; both pools and the hot tub had sand in them. We had to use the hose to spray down the whole outside area. There was sand in one of the tubs, which tells me it wasn’t cleaned. We found at least four cockroaches in the house. Two vacuums from the basement utility room didn’t work (they wouldn’t pick up anything). The main TV in the living room (on the top floor) didn’t work either. The dryer vent on the second floor was clogged, so we had to run loads of laundry three to four times to dry everything. The ice maker in lower level was broken.
