Spring Break

This spot was the best location. Right over the dunes to the beach and crows nest to enjoy your morning coffee with the beach view. Deck was set up great for the pup and the house wss perfect for my family of four. I would 100% visit this location again!

October Vacation

Stayed there the week of 10/14-10/21. The weather was beautiful. The house is cute and cozy. Just right for 2 people or family of 4. Was very clean. Had plenty of extra fleece blankets. A couple of nights it was cool out. Enjoyed sitting up in the crows nest in the evenings watching the stars. Really close to the beach. The only thing I do not like is check in time is so late. I know most of them are like that now. Definitely will stay here again.

Lil’ Cottage by the Sea

Very nice cottage with nice bedding soft as a cloud. Bed linens and bath towels are fair to good quality and the kitchen well appointed. The AC and heat worked extremely well, The cottage was nicely decorated using a beach theme. Great selection of chairs and toys ready for use wile at the beach which is truly less than 100 ft from the cottage. The one tiny flaw in the home is located on the sofa. It appears that someone cut a rectangle into the cushion. This did not bother us but I suspect more damage. Great place to stay and they accept pets.

The screen porch was useless to us and as it was covered in sand - the screens were filthy and when the door was opened we got mud balls thrown on us - we understand the storm had caused some issues but some of this was just neglect - the inside had a clean kitchen and bath - under the furniture was truly gross- there was a piece of carpet pad for a bedside rug - gaps in the floor , not all it was cracked up to be from the ad

Location to beach was fantastic! It was just 2 of us so the size of cottage was perfect.

Well stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable. Only minor complaint was the walls, doorways and pictures were very dusty! Loved the fact that you just had to walk out the door and you were on the beach. Enjoyed the upper deck every morning.
