The house was everything that was described and did not disappoint us in any way. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool which is a very nice club atmosphere and the private beach access there was definitely a plus. Having the grill to cook a couple meals was very nice as well. We would most definitely stay here again.

Beach haven

Convenient Location

A short walk to the sound (across the golf course) for morning coffee and sunsets. Super close to the stores and restaurants. Becky was so friendly and helpful.

Geat location and clean property

Great location just off the main road...close to everything but the house is not in a busy area. The listing does make it sound like you can see the golf course but the trees behind the houses in this area block all views of the course. Overall...great place to stay...great location and a very clean property.

Nice House at Nags Head

We enjoyed our stay at this nice cottage. Our host Becky was very helpful and prompt in returning our call and driving over to assist us with a minor issue. The house was nicely appointed and very clean. Our only suggestions are to replace the shower curtain in the bath on the second floor, add a curtain in the master bath window, and insert some graphite in the front door lock. These are very minor issues, and we will definitely book this house again. Thanks Becky

We didn’t want to leave!

Great location. Close to the community pool and beach access. Quiet neighborhood. House is modest, but clean and comfortable. Beware of the cactus in the back of the house, and the grass along the road that has burrs. Our corgi was not bothered by the burrs, but our little labradoodle had several after every walk. They are hard to remove and painful on the fingertips. I would definitely stay again, but wouldn’t bring the dogs.

Late September Get-A-Way

The property owner (Becky) is very accomodating and considerate of your needs. She is an A+ owner.The home is roomy and in very good location. While it wasn't unclean, it could have been cleaned better especially walls and ceilings( cobwebs).The interior could use some fresh paint; new area rugs and some maintenance of bath and kitchen fixtures along with improved lighting in all the rooms.The upstairs deck and deck furniture need replaced . We have stayed in OBX for 20+ years so we understand the obstacles home owners have with renting their properties especially when pets are allowed. Overall home is a good value for the area rated a "B" in our estimation.

Village of Nags Head vacation

We decided to take a quick trip to the outerbanks. Because of all of the dog boarding places that we use was booked up we needed to bring our furry family member with us. This place was perfect for us. We had stayed in a few houses down in the past and was very familiar with the Village of Nags Head. It has a nice pool and clubhouse. Also, there is parking with an access to the beach with showers to rinse off. The house was as described. It was very clean and nice. Check in was good although I think the number on the check in info maybe out of date. Becky did text us to see how we are doing getting in. Definitely would consider this place again. If there were any recommendation it would be a hose for the outside to rinse off sand. It did have an outdoor shower. Also, the shower curtain could be replaced. Even with these little items, I still highly recommend.

Family Vacation 2025

This location was perfect for our family. Minutes away from the beach, Village clubhouse was top notch and a great option when you want to be in the water but not beach. House layout is nice for privacy should you need a minute to yourself. The owner was very nice and readily available if needed. We will be back again in 2026!

Beautiful home in a great location. The owners are very responsive. Many little things need to be updated or repaired. I suggest the owners spend a few nights there to be able to see what needs to be done. Many things can be overlooked on a walk through. The top of the stovetop was cracked which I didn’t even notice until the first time I cooked and immediately alerted the owner to.

Loved this house ! Location was perfect and had access to the country club with beach access best of both worlds !! The owner was so responsive when we had a small issue with the sink. This is a perfect family getaway !

Great Family Beach Stay!

The cottage was very nice and well equipped! Easy to find in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has been updated since the photos were taken and it is very nice! The back deck view is covered by a lot of trees so you cannot see the golf course any more. Perfect for a quick trip to OBX!

Pleasantly Surprised!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just right for us- clean and comfy. It was a quick drive/walk to the store and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that the pool is at an ocean front club (with food and bar) that included beach access. The furniture has also been updated since the pictures were taken. The back is much more grown than the pictures- you can no longer see the golf course…which wasn’t a big deal. Check in was a breeze with a simple door code but the directions still say to call (with an old number) which you don’t need to do. The sound side access is close by and nice as well. The owner has great communication and is very nice. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. I highly recommend this house!
