Where do i start!?

Pool wasnt cleaned, hot tub was 1/2 full, smoke detectors went off for over 6 hours when Maintaince ginally arrived the told ME to remove all the smoke detectors because one was bad. Why was this my job???? I didnt have a ladder, and they said they would be back next day to replace them and that never happened. The gutter ripped off the side of the house and laid on the deck, and was never replaced , repaired or removed. Veey bad week!!!
