Great getaway

This is a great beach house. We loved the convenience of the location. It was close to everything! Perfect walk to the beach and we had beautiful weather. Evenings in the hot tub were great too. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Relaxing

The house was as listed and even better. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Beds were fine and all rooms had tvs and ceiling fans. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing. It is directly across from beach access so just a quick walk to see the ocean. The multiple decks and crows nest allowed nice seating out doors with great views.

Kitchen was well appointed with lots of plates, mugs and utensils. 1 block away from the ocean and within easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries, the location was perfect. Only negative remark was the bed was a creaky spring mattress which was uncomfortable.

When arriving the screen door was damaged on the upper porch, beer cans and bottles all upstairs on the lookout porch and pee was present in one of the downstairs toliets. I just bought some scrubbing bubbles and cleaned lightly but I do this to any rental home. We were fine with all these findings due to we received a reduced rate for booking last minute but someone else may not be of paying full price. Great home overall and would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The house size and location were great, but the house was run down and when a door handle broke, which locked the kids in their room, no one came out for 3 days to fix it. We had to take the handle off to be able to open and close the door. There were many other run down portions to the house and it needs updating.
