The house was beautiful.

The house and all amenities were absolutley wonderful unfortunately the weather was completely awful so we couldnt even go see the ocean or get in the pool but the house was great.

Great house to easily host 3 families. The house was clean when we arrived. The carpet is a bit dated and has bleach stains and slight oder, but otherwise everything is great condition.The backyard view is a dumpster and the back of a Mexican restaurant- so keep that in mind when booking, but you can’t beat the location and 3 minute walk to the community’s private beach. The only other frustration we had was the WiFI. It is outdated (not mesh) and they really need extenders on all of the floors for a house that size. We couldn’t stream without the tv freezing on the main floor.

Smelly garbage

House was exactly as listed EXCEPT the outside trash was overflowed when we arrived. It smelled SO bad. I called the management to empty it... they sent someone out the next day who took small pieces of the trash but did not empty it. We arrived Monday pm and trash day wouldn't be until Thursday am. The smell wafted to the pool and all patios the entire stay. Since the trash had been in the bins for so long, after the garbage truck came the smell stayed.

Beware! NOT Clean! Health hazards! Poor customer service!

This house was filthy upon arrival! Sand, dust, dirty floors that left your feet black, fly infestation, over flowing toilets, no water/ice from fridge, mold/mildew covered showers & faucets, dead rat in the pool, broken hot tube lid, no propane & all vents covered in dust! Resort Realty would not call us back for days & did not send any help till the end of the week. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't want to spend your vacation cleaning and surrounded by health issues, then this house is not for your! VERY DISAPPOINTED. Asking for a refund.

Sunfish Sanctuary OBX

This property was the perfect spot to get away while still staying socially distanced and safe. It’s just a short walk to the beach, some local shopping and food spots. Also a short drive to many local fun things to do. The property comes with all the amenities needed for your stay. Only improvement I would mention is the 3rd floor master bed is pretty uncomfortable and makes pretty horrible noises every time you move or get in/out of bed. Otherwise, great stay and wonderful property.
