SOCO in Nags Head is a stunningly beautiful and unique vacation property with dark wood floors, whitewashed walls, and exposed beam ceilings. Built in 2015, SOCO has every modern amenity. In the backyard, there is an oceanfront deck that leads over the dunes to the Atlantic. he pool deck is a spectacular entertainment complex. The focal point is the 22 x 28 heated pool with swim-up bar seating. Raise a glass to friends and family at the cabana bar. Enjoy the summer night sky in the soothing hot tub. An enclosed outside shower and gas grill complete this area.

You may not be able to tear yourself away from the incredible views in the expansive great room. And, of course, you don't have to! A full wall of windows and doors brings the outdoors in, putting Mother Nature’s masterpiece on display. Visible from every vantage point, this area is truly the heart of the home. The kitchen is a dream for gathering and cooking alike. The chef in your group will appreciate the large island, double refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances. Your group will spend many hours here enjoying the best view in town and each other's company.

Venture down to the game room and theater room to enjoy more hours of fun-filled activities! This game room features a pool table, shuffleboard table, plenty of luxury seating including a two-person chaise lounge and bar stools, and a small kitchen with full-size appliances. Queue up the latest summer blockbuster or comedy in the dedicated home theater boasts tiered seating for 11.

Even though you are just a few short minutes from all the great shopping, restaurants, and attractions of the Outer Banks at Milepost 16 in Nags Head, the seemingly never-ending amenities and games at SOCO may tempt you to just stay put.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
