The room was very clean and the value for the money was good, considering it's January, pets are allowed and the motel is an older model, lovingly restored by the current owners. The room was very clean, easy check in but was never told beforehand about the $50 fee required at check in for incidentals. Luckily I had a card available to cover this. The entrance to the Tower is pretty challenging if pulling a suitcase as there is not a ramp close by. My sink did not drain properly ...
