Pleasant stay

Great space and cleanliness. Free laundry amenities with laundry detergent and even softener provided. I suggest nearby parking lots instead of the one at the hotel, for a lot cheap fares.

I like the property and it is clean. The only issue is that they only clean the rooms once in 3 days and we need to inform the reception desk 1 day before the cleaning. if we are out the whole day, by the time i got back into the hotel, the reception desk is closed so i have no way to inform them when to clean the good. i will prefer daily cleaning. but overall nice hotel, nice rooms and it's clean when we check in.

Excellent value for the money. Check In / check out automated. Late night door code was mentioned in check in mail, but is easy to be missed. This should be highlighted, so its not to be missed. Very comfortable stay & it’s right in the middle of the centre of Okinawa. Only down side I would say is the staff isn’t always there and they have an iPad for check-in and out. So it’s convenient for that. However, we had some trouble paying for parking since there was no staff & they came to our room to tell us to pay about 2 days later. Not a deal breaker just something to take note of

All of environment are great, we have great stays, but there are not staffs on site and it is hard to get immediate feedback and service make us inconvenient to solve problems at first time, maybe the hotel can support have immediately feedback with common social media better
