ベッド４つで寝るときは楽だったが、スーツケースを広げる場所がなかったので、仕方なく部屋に入ってすぐの所で広げた。そうすると、バスルームの出入りが難しかった。 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて、バスタブがあったのもよかった。レビューではスタッフの対応についていろいろ書かれているが、私にとってはとても親切だった。

今回家族４人で３泊４日しましたが、総合的にほんと素晴らしかったです。 とにかく綺麗。フロント接客、セキュリティー、部屋、全部良いけど特によかったのは屋上プールと朝食ですね。お世話になりました。また沖縄旅行機会あればよろしくお願いいたします。

房間乾淨整潔、服務人員態度親切，但是有個小插曲，下午5.30左右到飯店的時候因為要停車，但是居然沒有飯店相關人員指揮引導，大家都擠在入口，由於我是最後一輛車，（原本是停在馬路上等待進入，但是後面有遊覽車按了喇叭催促，我只能往前開）因為前面沒有相關人員來引導車子進入，導致我有1/3的車身是在馬路上，非常的危險，還好前車有一位熱心的小姐，進去請服務人員出來幫忙，車子才能往前移動，停車區如果已經堵塞，一定要有人出來在馬路口協助指揮，不然馬路車子多太危險了，有人引導，我們可以接受先繞幾圈再回來，但是大家都不知道前面發生什麼事情，很無奈，希望飯店能夠改善

朝食は種類も多く、美味しかったです。ただ、朝食の受付の際に、チェックイン時に支払いしていたのに、朝食のリストに名前があがっておらず、心配になった。

客室や建物、プールなどの設備はコスパが良いと思います。 ですが、フロントの連携やおもてなしがまるでダメだと思います💧 30分後にタクシーが来るように呼んでほしいと部屋からお願いしたのに、30分後にフロントに行くとタクシーを呼んでなかったり。 18:00〜のドリンクサービスは、こちらからお声掛けしないとドリンクをたのめなかったり。 ドリンクサービスのレストランの照明は真っ暗なので、電気付ければいいのにと思います。 屋上のプールはマナーの悪い中国人がバシャバシャしたりと、監視人も付けるべきだと思います。 （子供の危険性なども考えて） マナーの悪い人のせいでせっかくの旅行が台無しです。 しっかり注意もしてほしいです。

空港からも近くて、駅近で交通の便が良かったです。 朝食の種類が多く、とっても美味しかったので、毎朝楽しみでした。 この時期でも入れる温水プールに子供達は大喜びで、滞在中何度も入りました。 またリピートしたいと思えるホテルです。

少々受付の方が冷たいように感じました。 施設内はとても綺麗ですし、非日常感あふれているのに安心感のある居心地でした。交通の便もよく、国際通りには歩いて15分程度で行けるので、旅行もとても楽しめました
