Showed up late after a long flight. VERY friendly staff, with a comfy, cozy, clean room. But the best is the 24-hr restaurant that makes grabbing a bite after the long day possible. Highly recommend.

Second time I have stayed here. The room and bed are comfortable, the spa is outstanding ( I got a massage and body scrub); and the food at the restaurant is good (samosas were the best that I have ever had). Excellent value for the price

Arrived at this hotel when I arrived Nairobi. Was picked up at the airport with the hotels airport tranafer.Exelent service. The room was clean . Hot water in the shower. Very good beds

Remarkably good experience. My flight arrived very late. I only got out of the airport after 1am. The transport from the hotel was waiting for me. They stayed over an hour waiting for me. Efficient transport to hotel and even though I only spent four hours in bed sleeping, the sleep was restful and undisturbed. Excellent shower in the morning followed by early coffee and transport back to airport. No fuss, excellent value and overall a very good experience

Extremely easy to hear everything, noicey! I called reception from the third level and I could hear the telephone ringing at the front desk. People checked in at 2 AM and of course woke me up.
