I had a wonderful experience at Elite in Westlands. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect ,close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made my stay even better. I’d highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place in Nairobi.

**Very disappointing experience.** The check-in process was confusing and poorly handled. We were left outside with our luggage for about 30 minutes because we had not received the password needed to enter. Security eventually had to call the office before we were given the information. Communication throughout the stay was poor, and the staff were not friendly or helpful. We were also missing the access card needed to use the building amenities, which management later acknowledged. We were told someone would follow up the next morning, but no one did. We were never informed about the recreation center or several other amenities on the third floor, so we did not even know they were available until later. Because we were unable to properly use the amenities and experienced repeated communication problems, I requested a partial refund. Management refused, despite acknowledging the access-card issue. Overall, the stay was frustrating, disorganized, and did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this property.
