Good price Great size
This stay was one three-part stay. There were a few challenges with the rooms and with myself, as I traveled with a broken leg. However, the staff was very helpful. They assisted us in every way they could. I would stay here again.

Could Be Better
Heri Heights is a nice place but the wi-fi is very poor, cleanliness not the best our first night was interrupted by a noise after complaining to the staff this was sorted and our 2nd night was a peaceful.

The staff are a gem here and keep this place shining. However, the management needs to pay attention to the maintenance and conveniences offered at similar types of properties to keep this place relevant and competitive. Services are lacking and accommodations just ok, nothing exemplary.

Heri Heights is relaxing, secure and quiet. The location is great for excursion and local travel. However, it falls short for apartment - hotel travelers needs for in house conveniences. The check in experience needs system and process improvement. Eve from the front office was exemplary in facilitating my accommodation despite these gaps. Accommodations are clean and spacious, however, in need of maintenance. The restaurant offerings are ok but there are plenty options nearby.

COMFORTABLE CLEAN & RELAXING.
My stay at Heri Heights was very nice polite helpful staff makes it a more relaxed time spent. Although a taxi is required to venture out. I would recommend Heri Heights and am looking for another stay there some time later this year.

Heri Heights: Nairobi near town
Heri Heights is close to town, walking there or back through the university of Narobi residences area. The nearby Arboretum has attractive walking paths for a day break too. Cafe for breakfast and other meals means you seek outside options only when you want to. Kitchens are well enough equipped to allow you to self cater, and the hotel offers to shop for you at need. As a rule, meats are tastier but much smaller and tougher cuts than you may expect, and fruits and vegetables are varied and very good. Wireless internet is good and quick, though it can overload when the apartments are all full. Energy saving has upgraded some lighting to LED, with compact fluorescents in most standard bulb fittings. Wardrobe space is generous. Nairobi traffic is justly notorious. Especially at mornings and evenings, expect near gridlock and long travel times around town. You'll be able to get advice on how much time travel will need, if you need to arrive at a certain time.

Nice, comfortable rooms and hotel
Overall it was good. The decor was nice and the room was very spacious. Staff was super flexible, I had an early check out so they delivered breakfast food the night before. Good apliances in the room. Down side Food at the cafe was bad and it took an hour to be served.

Great Stay great people
It was very nice, just the night I booked in not everything was explained. like use of gym and pool area. Room door auto lock I locked myself out. Restaurant never always had what was on the menu. The staff was great ever one, and it seem the place is very safe and secure. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great for stopover
We had a short stay in nairobi before setting off on on safari for masai and this place surpassed every expectation i could have had, a full kitchen, clean rooms. mosquito nets, wireless, gym, and free wifi all to a level of cleaniless i would expect from any western hotel. A little far from downtown with kenyan traffic, but worth it for the comfort and convenience

There was a church close by that was extremely loud Sunday morning and music from student housing late both nights we were there. It was pretty but for the money you can do much better.

Good but quite.
I was at Heri Hights for 5 nights. Initially I was not to happy but couldn't put my finger on why. The apartments were great, lots of room. However after a couple of days I realised what was the problem. It was to quite. I was on my own and as the apartments were self catering hardly anyone came to the restaurant. I need people around me. So if you are with some one its a great place but of me its too quite. Only two problem I had was no mosquito net so had trouble one night. Then they gave me some killer and I would have liked aircon as I sleep very hot and it was warm. It was also very central and fairly easy to get around. My rating is good all round. A very big plus for me was the wonderful

Clean and convenient
This condo/hotel gave us space to stretch out and relax. It is a bit of a walk to get to stuff but if you don't mind a 20 minute walk it's worth a stay. Wifi is good Breakfast is not always adequate- no milk some days, no cheese but try kept saying it was coming the next day- juice not always available either. There are NO laundry facilities- only a service -$30 a basket

Very peaceful location
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location peaceful. The hotel is at a secluded location, about a 15 minute walk to downtown. While it is converted from older apartments, everything was well maintained. We stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom unit. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and nice entry way. There's a pool and playground out back. The rooms are not fancy like some hotels, but very nice and spacious. This is a great spot for families.

Trevligt och bekvämt lägenhetsboende. Snabb incheckning, bra frukost och taxiservice på området. Lägenheterna är dock lite nedgångna och borde snart behöva en uppfräschning.

閑静な場所にあるアパートメント形式のホテル
場所的にはあまり便利とは言えないが、静かな所で落ち着いて滞在できる。部屋はかなり広くて掃除も行き届いており、特に電子レンジやガスコンロ、トースターなどが完備したキッチンがあるのが長期滞在者には嬉しい。窓も大きくて明るく、居心地が良い。ただ一つ気に入らないのは朝食で、他のホテルと比べると明らかに貧しい。そのため、ジュースや食パン、バターなどを買い込んで自分で作って食べている。それ以外は二重丸と言っていい。

あまりお薦めはできません。
大学が近くにあり、閑静な場所ではあるが、交通には不便。センターシティに出るのに毎回3000シリング（3600円）必要だった。また、朝食は最悪で、しかも高い。朝食付でも10日間の滞在中、食べたのは半分くらいか。ただ、部屋の掃除をしてくれるスタッフが非常に感じが良く、親切だった。

Bra, anbefales om man ønsker å bo stille og rolig
Bodde 6 netter her i en 1 soveroms-roms leil. Leil. var romslig og fin, relativt godt utstyrt kjøkken, fint og praktisk møblert og alt var i god stand. Betjeningen var alle hyggelige, spesielt var sjåførene som var knyttet til stedet veldig service-mindede og trivelige. Restauranten var lite besøkt men vi hadde flere måltider der, maten kunne vært bedre men det fungerte greit. Hyggelige servitører også her bare man "ble litt kjent" med de....:-). Stedet ligger veldig bortgjemt og var veldig "dødt" for liv og atmosfære men allikevel ikke langt unna sentrale steder og med rimelige taxi-sjåfører var det ikke noe problem. Fint sted å slappe av. Sikkerheten var høy og man følte seg veldig trygg på området.

令人懷念的好地方
位於高級住宅區，環境舒適，但因位置有點隱密，計程車找了許久，最後才由飯店人員出來帶領才找到。公寓內設施完備，住起來很舒服，希望將來有機會再來住宿。
