B1 is a ground floor apartment within Cedar Springs Estate. The Estate is just over 1 acre in size and it encompasses a wide every flowery garden; a barbecue area; a good size swimming pool; a sauna parlour; gymnasium; individual parking bay for each apartment as well as visitor's parking bays. The Estate is made up of 3 erections with each c. 10 accommodation. it is located on Riara Road, right behind the Junction shopping mall off Ngong Road in Lavington, Nairobi. The apartment B1 is in Block B and occupies 240 square meter in its totality. It is made up of: a wide Lounge cum dinning room a Kitchen with ceramic fitted worktops high and low cupboards; a Laundry area; a Lobby with wash hand basin; a bathroom with overhead shower and tub; a water closed; 2x double bedrooms fully furnished and 1x master en-suite bedroom with a bathtub, a separate shower unit and stand alone toilet unit. The apartment has attracted international companies such as Siemens; Unilever; Merlin and various expatriates from Norway; the Netherlands; England; India; Kenya etc..

Double booked, couldn't stay, still charged

I paid for this property and was then contacted by the owner that someone was already staying there. And would be for months. Was promised a refund and 2 months later and still nothing.

Convenient location

Great location with easy access to transport, shopping. Around the clock security. Apt has backup power in case of power outage - which is common in Nairobi. As with all places in Kenya, bring some mosquito repellant. All Bedrooms have mosquito nets which is a plus. Checking in is a lengthy process - counting up utensils and everything in the apt. Overall a good experience.

The owner was true to his word and always available on the phone. The property is in a secure location with security at the main gate. Lots of mosquitoes but all three bedrooms have mosquito nets.

Lovely large apartment, nice pool!

We loved our stay at the Cedar Springs apartment. Large and spacious ground floor apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The children loved the swimming pool. The owner was quick to respond (via WhatsApp) to any questions we had. Would warmly recommend this apartment!
