Surprisingly excellent with a very warm and welcoming staff. The food was so tasty, I didn’t want to venture out for meals. Love the spa and gym onsite and I couldn’t believe how close we were to the Nairobi Park Entrance. We’ll definitely refer family and friends.

I felt very safe at the hotel as security is tight. The buffet breakfast was superb. There was virtually every food on earth available for breakfast. All were tasty and delicious and in large quantities. It was a whole institution. And the dinner at the restaurant downstairs was equally very very good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioner in our room had broken down and so never worked. This was brought to the attention of Florence, the Guest Relations Officer when she came round to check if we were happy with our stay at the hotel. She apologised and promised to get it fixed as quickly as possible that morning or was going to change the room for us if getting it fixed would delay. But unfortunately, our time to check out was up as we were booked to travel to Lamu Island that day. Otherwise, our stay at the Boma hotel was excellent.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. Since we arrived very early in nbo, a friend had been in touch with a Boma staff a day before our arrival to accommodate us early as we had a very long flight. It had not been done to his colleagues. However we got a room after 9am . It is my 4th stay at the Boma. Also on day of check out, there should be no house keeping knocking or rings as they should be aware but they keep coming. We love this hotel and most of my family stay here all the time so we just want them to rectify some things.
