"I had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Bangkok. I arrived early and my room was ready 5 hours before check in which is such a great way to start a trip. I had a small issue with my room, but it was dealt with immediately and resulted in a benefit to me. The staff was great and the service excellent. ..."
