「This rental is in poor condition, is dirty, and is in a sketchy neighborhood. It is a "projects unit" in a low income neighborhood in a high crime rate town.
The walls are thin and there is a lot of traffic/noise on the main road, an active train trustle a block away, a homeless shelter a block away, and unit itself is not worth the price they list it for.
The smoke alarms are missing in the main room and by the bedrooms.
The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were watered...

「It was very dirty. Rugs were filthy. Towels smelled like mildew, extra pillows in closet were visibly dirty with sweat marks and smells like sweat. Couch and couch pillows were so dirty. Bathroom doors were disgustingly dirty, master bedroom was not cleaned either. Cot in other room was not cleaned and sheet did not fit. And there was open food and creamer in the fridge which is supposed to be removed between guests. 」
