The property shows signs of severe wear, hou could tell at.one time it was at.least a four.star hotel but due to lack of care it has severely declined, hallway carpets.are bubbled and taped in most areas, they evidently have a wash cloth shortage so advised to bring your own, the night manager went to a closed room and got.one for me,the A/C doesn't work was told there was a boiler issue, my room was clean, the cleaning staff does an excellent job and I gelt.the beds were very comfortable for me, I went and bought a small fan because I stayed a full week as I am an out of town worker, price would be fair if booked.through expedia if.the A/C worked, breakfast was hit or miss they say it.starts at 6:00am I went a couple times and they weren't open, last.time I went the sausage patties weren't cooked good thing they had bagels and cream cheese

Very close to downtown Boise. Staff was so kind & amazing. I would say they went above and beyond for their guests. I did greatly appreciate the (at the time of my stay) included parking for being in Boise. Breakfast was really good.

When I turned on the hot water, it came out brown. I let it run until it cleared. I told the staff, but there was no apology, only a well we haven't used these rooms for a long time. That statement didn't leave me with much satisfaction. This used to be a really nice hotel, but it has not been maintained.

The whole place was dirty. My room had gum stuck to the floor lots of it. Under the bed, my daughter’s first question was who let their cats underneath it and tear it up. You could see parts of it hanging on the floor. There are water marks where you could see there was a flood in that room or something. The balcony door that opens up to a tiny little spot that maybe one skinny little person could fit on leads to the roof. It does not lock and the room was so hot. I had to actually leave that door open all night because it would not cool off the fan didn’t work. The furnace didn’t work. The AC did not work breakfast. I was charged money for breakfast that I never got to eat because they didn’t have it ready and then when they finally did get it ready there was nothing out soggy water, eggs, sausage that was so hard that you could bang it on the table no yogurt the salt was waterlogged or something because I did so hard that I couldn’t even stick a toothpick in it. It was horrible. None of us could eat, and I actually had to go out and take us out to eat. The pool they don’t tell you that the pool is closed and it is only outdoors when you sign up. The bathtub was black and dirty You could see where the paint was picked off at the edge. There was tiles missing sink. Oh my gosh sprayed everywhere. This place was disgusting. I paid $150 for 1 night. I will be finding a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and corporate.
