Beginning with the beautiful grounds as we pulled into the property, our stay was excellent. Our room felt much more like “home” than a hotel room, and our hosts were very attentive and gave us helpful information about local sights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were amazing and made us feel at home. Breakfast was mostly home made goods and the selection was fabulous . I would definitely recommend staying at this B&B.

The location is close to local attractions and restaurants. The owners are incredibly wonderful people that take the time to make sure you are having a great time. A great choice if you are staying in Port Alberni.

Stayed for one night and had to leave early to go fishing so missed the breakfast time at 7:30. They packed a breakfast for us anyways! Gave us so much food we barely could eat all of it. Great place to stay for groups as well.

We found Cedar Wood Lodge to be a perfect B&B for us. Spacious room (very clean and well-supplied), great restaurant recommendation, and a delicious breakfast. Tom and Marla were very friendly and always available.

Thomas and Marla were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their stories about the property and info about the town. We certainly enjoyed the use of their (front and back) gardens, and the extra marshmallows with the hot chocolate at breakfast were appreciated. We would stay at Cedar Wood Lodge again!
