Charming and quiet apartment
The space
Renovated at the end of 2023, all the equipment in my apartment is new. In this cozy accommodation of 37 m2, everything is organized in a functional way:
You have a small equipped integrated kitchen (hotplate, oven, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster).
The kitchen is open to the living room: sofa, coffee tables, and armchair.
A flat screen TV with more than 2000 channels is available, NF, Prime, Canal...
In the slightly attic room, a double bed of 140 x 200, welcomes you, quiet. A wardrobe with hanger and an armchair to put your belongings.
The small bathroom includes a shower, a sink (and hair dryer😀) and a toilet.
Very bright, and facing south-east, you have a view of the gardens and the east of Nancy
