"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. "To be fair, I think the website made it clear that the room I'd booked was not large. It was small alright with a 3/4 bed squeezed in and absolutely nowhere to put anything- clothes, overcoat- nothing. No drawers, no shelf- just a small desk under the window. I couldn't quite believe it and eventually found a tiny built in cupboard by moving the small desk and the television. It was outrageously expensive for what it was. Shame as the people were nice and it was very clean. "
