"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "The location of this property is close to Odori Park and is approximately 17mins walk from the Sapporo main station. Nice gesture on the part of the hotel to provide complimentry coffee/tea in the lobby. I especially liked the Hokkaido ice cream too "

"The parking needs to be improved. When we arrived to check in, we spent longer than expected yo navigate the car into the lift. This is despite us being told to fold both side mirrors and after several tries, we were told our car cannot fit into the lift. Strangely, we saw other larger vehicles being able to access. In the end, we have to part opposite the hotel. Not sure if this is because of communication breakdown."
