Idéal avec enfants ! Calme et bon équipement 🙁 Faire attention à ne pas faire trop de bruit en marchant ( enfants etc…) car voisin du dessous qui est venu demander de faire moins de bruit. Sympathique mais gênant pour lui et donc pour les visiteurs. Aussi petite prise électrique défaillante coté cuisine. Bruit d’électricité ! Ne pas brancher dessus ou réparer…."
