Cottage House

This is a single story cottage with approximately four steps leading from the hard packed shell driveway to the front entry stoop. The stoop does not have a railing. Once inside, the home is fully on one level and does not require any interior stairs.

Our home is located in the Historic District - just a brisk walk from downtown Nantucket; great restaurants and shops are just a few steps away! The shoreline is close by, with the popular Jetties Beach just a 10 minute bike ride through town. Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of an island getaway.



Getting Around:

Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a brisk walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
