Wedding accom
We were in Napier for our daughter’s wedding. There was myself and my husband, my oldest son, his partner and under 2 year old from Queensland and my youngest son from New York. The house was fabulous and worked really well for us all as plenty of space, clean and in a great location, close to the waterfront and where our daughter and family were staying. Tess was very easy to communicate with before and during the stay and the arrival process was very easy. Would definitely recommend Tess and her home and definitely come back and stay again.

The house is very nice, on a busy road, close to central Napier and sea front, lovely garden with tables, chairs and decks to catch the light. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped but bedrooms need more personal storage and hanging space. Beds comfortable but more pillows and simple duvet covers. We had a good time in Napier, thank you.

Charming Villa
The house is lovely and interesting and the hosts clearly have a green thumb; both inside and outside are filled with healthy plants, which is uplifting. The upside of the location is that it’s not a long walk to beach, and quite fast by car to downtown or north Napier, or to highways out of town. The downside is that it’s on a rather busy street. The host was helpful and fast in communication.

Weekend away
A nicely furnished and well equipped villa not far from the centre. Very handy for our son’s cricket at Nelson Park as it just a couple of minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

The moment I saw the colourful front garden I knew I had made the right choice in my holiday home. And when I walked around to the back and saw the verdant grape pergola I knew I would be enjoying many happy hours quaffing Hawke's Bay pinot gris there. And the inside - very spacious, tastefully furnished/decorated rooms, well-provided. Sadly my last week was interrupted by the disastrous cyclone that has so seriously devastated the region - but the host could not have been kinder - bringing me a thermos of hot water every morning, a warm meal at night, they were able to arrange for me to make an early exit, took me to the airport. All beyond expectations; they could see how stressed I was by this catastrophe

Stunning villa, beautiful gardens with lovely places to sit and enjoy the space. Fantastic location, spotlessly clean and tidy. Has everything you need for a relaxing break. So wonderful we could bring our dogs, our son loved it too. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in Napier. Thank you so much Tess, our son had the best time celebrating his big 10! We will be back for sure😊

Gorgeous villa in a handy city location
A beautiful home with plenty of space for our extended family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Great communication with the owner and thoughtful touches of wine and bouquets of flowers left for us! Right next to McLean park so walking distance into the city. Really comfortable place to stay and would highly recommend!

The place is much better that the photos appear. It was a beautifully furnished house in a very central location with great amenities. Our group had a wonderful stay after our new years trip. Also perfect location for Napier wine tasting.

A gem in central Napier
We were lucky enough to spend 10 wonderful days in this beautiful character family home with its magical outdoor dining and garden. Perfectly located for everything that this lovely city and beach have to offer. After arriving, we hardly used the car. We walked 15-20km a day around the city, beach, port and up on the Bluff with our dog. Highly recommended and hope to go back for another stay.

All three generations and the dog had a brilliant stay! Plenty of room for everyone and we loved sitting out on the front verandah. Comfy and clean! Great location with easy walk/scooter to beach, park and town.

Had very friendly and easy communication with owner. Was a short stay for us and so the importance of comfort and a good nights sleep was appreciated. Lovely decor and gardens. Some traffic noise being so close to all amenities.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location for families, just a scoot away from the aquarium, bike track with traffic lights, playground, skate park and everything else on Marine Parade! The rooms are light and bright and spacious and the dining area outside is really special. The spa pool is long gone but the new air conditioning was very much needed on hot days. If bringing a toddler or baby, bring all their bits and bobs- cutlery and bowls etc. Tess was a warm and friendly host who was easy to communicate with, and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Fantastic place to enjoy Napier!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The property has heat pumps in both living areas, and the outdoor spaces are spectacular! Had some amazing outdoor dinners :) Also really close to Marine Parade and restaurants there, about a 3 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This was like walking into a copy of house and garden. We were greeted by beautiful outdoor and indoor xmas arrangements, flowers and a fully stocked kitchen we were invited to use. The villa is very comfortable and we all enjoyed our sleeps. Our dogs were welcome which means alot to our family. Best stay in Napier yet.

The house was great, had everything we needed and location was good, in that it was close to town and waterfront...however, if I had've known the property was on a busy corner site, I probably wouldn't have booked...we all found it quite noisy and not relaxing.

Beautiful villa with space for us all and homely at the same time
We stayed for three nights and loved this house. Lots of space for the six of us, really interesting eclectic decor, lush plants everywhere, comfy beds and soft towels. We made good use of the kitchen which had everything we needed and more. Super handy location - we walked into town for dinner.

Lovely house in handy location
This three bedroom villa was ideal for our family including three older teenagers. It was clean, well equipped and nicely renovated with stylish furnishings. It is in a handy location just 10 minutes walk to supermarket, the main shopping area and Marine Parade. The house is well equipped tho the lack of an indoor dining table was surprising for a house of this size. There is a cute outdoor area under cover with a dining table but it was a bit cool for that when we were there. The kids liked using the spa pool. One side of the property overlooks the sports stadium next door. The front has a lovely little garden that gets good morning sun. Communication with the property manager was good.

Superb
This is a beautiful property, in an ideal location for sports lovers. My friends and I stayed for the weekend and it was handy to town, the local bars and restaurants... and not too far away from some seriously good vineyards! The property is big, private, and comfortably housed 7 of us. If they'll have us, we'll gladly go back again! Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay. Tess was so delightful via email and communication a breeze. The house was amazing, so warm and cozy. Beds were devine, so comfortable. Loved the extra touch of the electric blankets! Just what we needed as we were there for the first frost! The spa was amazing and just what we needed after running the half marathon. Great location, lovely home
We were very pleased with the location and condition of the property. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms nice and modern. There is no indoor dining table (lg outdoor table), but the rain only drove us to gather around the kitchen bench for 1 meal. The hot tub is great.

We had 2 sets of grandparents and mom, dad and toddler. Plenty of room in the 3 spacious bedrooms. House well equipped with everything we needed. Loved eating in the sweet patio with a fireplace. Hot tub was great. Another plus was walking distance to marine parade and downtown Napier. Only negative was noisy street traffic and no indoor dining table, but would rent again if in Napier!
