Semi-rural self contained studio

We want to welcome you to our cosy studio, with a wonderful view of the Taradale hills set on a 2-acre lifestyle property. It is situated next to the main house, with only a short walk along the front lawn bringing you to your own private entrance. Off-street parking for your personal car with a garage available for vintage cars/motorbikes/bikes etc. There is a small storage shed for bikes etc by the studio. The studio contains a queen bed with an electric blanket for the winter. Small TV provided and wi-fi available. Small kitchenette area with table/chairs, small fridge, air fryer, electric frying pan, microwave, toaster and jug. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

We also have 3 lovely rescue donkeys Minnie, Loo Loo and Peter. If you would like to meet them during your stay please let us know and we can take you for a visit.

We live on-site and work from home, so we are often available for questions and are happy to help you over a cup of coffee. If you are here for a particular event we would be glad to drop off and pick-up, if available, to do so.
Beauty therapist also on site.

We are close to Taradale, Napier city and handy to Hastings, Havelock North which brings with them, many wineries/ good food, attractions, beaches, and cycle tracks.

Please note extra cleaning procedures will be taken place between visitors.

Peaceful location outside Napier but easy access by car (Robyn very kindly ran us into town for an event). Lovely accommodation with seating outside to watch the sun go down. Would book again.

Christmas with 4 generations of family

Spent Christmas with my wife's family. The studio was tranquil which we needed at the end of each day with the family. Family was only 5 minutes away which made travel easy and quick. Weather was very humid even at night. We were thankful for the fan, however it was inadequate so sleep was poor.

This has everything you’ll need

I came from Auckland to visit my mother in law in the rest home. This location was so handy, the place was clean, with a good sized fridge in the kitchenette with absolutely everything you could possibly need to self cater, even an air fryer, which I love using at home. The host was lovely and I really liked those extra touches that made me feel welcome.
