Great place great location!

We stayed here for a week in November. It has a great pool & hot tub, and it was the perfect size for us. It's only a 10 or 15 walk to the beach, and close to a supermarket & a ton of restaurants. Downtown Naples is about a 20 minute drive. CorkscSanctrew uary is about a 30 minute drive.

An amazing getaway for our family. The kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the lanai. Fantastic location Vanderbilt Beach is only three minutes away by car. We also loved how close the Mercato was with excellent restaurants and great ice cream at Kilwins. Chris was quick to respond with any questions or recommendations we had. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a family getaway!

Location is great. Size was awesome for the five of us. The pool and spa were very nice to have in the evenings. One of the pluses to this property was the attention to smaller details like having laundry and cleaning supplies, plenty of beach towels and gear, simple stuff for the kitchen (ie foil) that you don’t want to buy while traveling but some rentals don’t have. Really worked perfectly for our family over the holiday.

Everything was fantastic with this house. The beach was an easy walk. Having everything needed for the beach was great. The pool and Hot tub were wonderful. Even though the at night it cooled off the pool worked. I hope to stay at this property again someday.

Location, Location, Location!

The location of the residence was incredible—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Every morning, we biked to the beach with the backpack chairs provided by the host. The house was clean, and the pool and hot tub were definite bonuses. The host was responsive and promptly addressed any needs. My only recommendation would be to organize the kitchen cupboards a bit better. We look forward to future stays.

The house was clean and we spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool and spa! The beds were a little hard for our liking, but none of us are back sleepers so softer is just our preference. Otherwise the house was exactly as presented in the listing, we had a great time!

Great pool and amenities, close to beaches

This was a spacious, well kept home with a great pool/hot tub. We spent many hours in the pool and relaxing at the beach just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet yet still very close to stores and restaurants. The hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies to use during the stay which were incredibly convenient to have. Chris also was quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we would return if we were in the area.

Everything was great and just as described. Lots of nice touches - paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, even laundry detergent and fabric softener. Very clean house with a fantastic covered pool. Lots a pool toys for the kiddies. There were lots of beach chairs and several beach umbrellas. Chris was great, and communication and check-in were seamless. I have no hesitation recommending this house for your vacation!!

The property was in good condition and communication with the rental manager was prompt. The kitchen was well stocked and instructions for check out were clear. One suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the towels in the bathrooms. The towels in the primary bedroom suite especially were thin and worn.

House was perfect for family of four with two teen girls. Pool & hot tub were amazing. House was spotless & beds were comfortable. Showers had shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers. Plenty of bath & beach towels. Loved the outside table & grill. House was walkable to several stores (Walmart, Trader Joe’s) & restaurants. Beach was just under one mile walk through a lovely park. Access to bikes was a huge benefit. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Beach was perfect, clean, calm & not crowded. Any questions we had were very quickly answered.
