From the beginning there was, communication, service, friendliness. Gisela was amazing! So helpful and sweet. They were all there for anything. Perfect location. Great bed and AC. Breakfast was always great and right outside the room door. And the view was incredible. We were on the 5th floor. Would highly recommend.

We had the Junior suite and we really loved the room. Spacious and clean and very updated. The breakfast was amazing. The only compliant was trying to find a place. It’s in an old historical building so he would never know unless you called the hotel as it’s behind some brown doors with a new balance logo on the side window. Once you got through those doors, there is a small little elevator to your right which barely fits two people in a couple of pieces of luggage. However, once you make it up to the fifth floor and into the doors of the hotel reception desk it was great. Angie, the lady that helps with breakfast was very friendly and super nice. Also, Giselle that front desk hotel manager was very helpful. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was a nice selection, this is a really cozy hotel and super clean and modern. The rooms and appliances are modernized and clean, we were impressed considering the location. Location was convenient for walking to most touristic areas. The balcony was great addition for a nice city view. It’s noisy outside but the windows are very noise blocking. Gisella the manager is very kind and welcoming, made everything very easy for us! Overall would recommend to stay here if you’re in Naples.
