These really are luxury suites - an oasis in the midst of bustling Naples. Minutes from the main train station and a 15 minute walk to the port for Capri. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The rooms are really spacious with quality decor and furnishings. All of the staff are really helpful. Nothing is too much bother. Many thanks to Angy for her delicious and varied breakfasts - all beautifully displayed every morning. Would definitely recommend you stay here if you are visiting Naples.

The room was beautiful, very clean and very well stocked. The location is amazing too, everything is walkable, even the train station was only about a 10 minute walk. The staff were great and very helpful. One negative was the elevator. It didn’t work at random times, and the rooms are on the fifth floor, so that was frustrating. Also, it’s super small, like with two small bags and two people we barely fit and VERY HOT!

We needed to just stay one night in Naples to catch a flight. We were in Sorrento. At first when you arrive, it looks like an older building but when you open the door to the suites, it is one of the nicest places I have ever seen. Whoever designed the rooms did an amazing job. The rooms were just beautiful and the tub was huge and the shower was gorgeous. My mom was feeling sick from the heat outside and John Luca who was there was so kind and helped us with our suitcases and helped us with everything. Giselle communicated all directions clearly and gave us recommendations on what to do around the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

This property threw me off because it was inside of a building, but when I got to the fifth floor, it was a beautiful lobby and the most sweetest lady named Giselle who helped me with my check-in. The rooms are super modern, and you cannot imagine until you get in the room and then you’re like wow it seems like a five star hotel room. Gisele also helped us get a taxi to the airport which saved us a lot of time. Thank you so much.

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is very difficult to find. It is on the 5th floor of a building. When we arrived the big door was locked and we couldnt get any response from the door bell. They only have the reception manned until 4pm. Then there is only phone help. The hotel should have a receptionist on duty until at least 8pm at night. We were two ladies travelling together and when we arrived we only had a king bed when we had ordered the sofa bed to be made up as well. They sent somebody to make up the bed but obviously didnt know how it could be set up. I then worked out myself how to unfold the bed. Also the light switches were hard to work out. Unfortunately the lift only went to the 4th floor and we still had to climb a flight of stairs with our luggage. The lift was unreliable. We got home from dinner and it was not working so we had to climb the 5 flights of stairs. I wouldnt stay here again.

We loved this stay. The rooms are newly refurbished, comfortable, and smart. The breakfast is excellent, with home made treats and fresh fruit. The location is very convenient; it’s walkable from many of the key sights, a ten-minute taxi ride from the main train station, and right next to the Duomo metro station. And the staff are welcoming and helpful; they will help with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxis, etc.

From the beginning there was, communication, service, friendliness. Gisela was amazing! So helpful and sweet. They were all there for anything. Perfect location. Great bed and AC. Breakfast was always great and right outside the room door. And the view was incredible. We were on the 5th floor. Would highly recommend.

We had the Junior suite and we really loved the room. Spacious and clean and very updated. The breakfast was amazing. The only compliant was trying to find a place. It’s in an old historical building so he would never know unless you called the hotel as it’s behind some brown doors with a new balance logo on the side window. Once you got through those doors, there is a small little elevator to your right which barely fits two people in a couple of pieces of luggage. However, once you make it up to the fifth floor and into the doors of the hotel reception desk it was great. Angie, the lady that helps with breakfast was very friendly and super nice. Also, Giselle that front desk hotel manager was very helpful. We would stay there again.

What a fabulous time we had at Amadomus Luxury Suites, we stayed for three nights in the Emerald Suite. The photographs online are a true reflection, everything is stylish and luxurious and so well thought out, you could literally arrive with no toiletries and you would be fine, every need has been considered. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with such a beautiful bathroom and the bed was really comfortable too. The location is perfect, right next to the metro, a short walk to the Duomo and historical centre and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Although in a busy area traffic wise, the windows block out any noise and everything is peaceful. The manager Gisella is super helpful and friendly and was very easy to contact via WhatsApp and Angie who served the fab breakfast is so lovely. I don’t know who did the cleaning, but we always came back to an immaculate suite so thank you to them! There is so much to see in Naples, a genuinely authentic and lively city, we barely scratched the surface and if we are ever lucky enough to come back, I know where we’ll be staying!
