Not worth money paid for

Location is comfortable. However, window impossible to open, the place is very noisy during a day and especially on night. Matrasses uncomfortable, causing backpain, while having shower water getting around the bothroom. The kitchen very small. Coffemaker outdated, unclear how to use it, woter is running out then is on. Heavy scale in the kettle.

Comfy, quiet - a perfect retreat in napoli

Had one night here and was great for family of 4. Quiet neighbourhood away from hustle and bustle but still close enough and easy to get around. Beds comfy and Martina so helpful with recommending restaurants, gelato and booking taxi to airport. Lovely nearby cafe for breakfast included. Highly recommend for a base.

Room is fine, breakfast doesnt have many choices but during the living, they have small kitchen can use their mocrowave which is good. They also have refrigerator

Great stay with communicative host. The only thing that was tricky was the parking. The place next to the b&b where we parked our car, moved it else where, making it hard to get our stuff.

Cons: The hotel was difficult to find. The instructions were not very clear on where the hotel was or how to access the building. We found it by luck and wandering around. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom tiles are stained of mildew. Pros: AMAZING location. The hot water was very hot.

The hostess was remote and I was not made aware ahead of time that I would need to contact her to access the main building gate upon arrival. I told her I wouldn't have wifi to contact her but she insisted that I message her so I had to leave my husband and infant child behind to walk around and search for wifi. This area is dead on Sunday. Only to have her be unavailable to open the gate for me. Then she forgot to include a crib in the room although we had requested it. We ended up having to leave and find another place to stay so my baby would have a place to sleep for the night. Once I mentioned this, she completely stopped responding to my messages and continues to ignore me until today (one month later). I wouldn't recommend this place.

Chambre située dans un quartier calme et sécurisé de Naples. La chambre est propre et spacieuse. L’accès à la chambre se réalise à distance en téléchargeant une application. L’expérience s’est avérée compliquée. Enfin, il est indiqué sur hôtels.com un petit déjeuner continental qui n’est en fait pas inclus.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla zona dei baretti di Chiaia quindi alla movida notturna, ma anche a due passi dal lungomare Caracciolo. La struttura è molto accogliente e la camera spaziosa, l’unica pecca: qualche rumore notturno che ci ha disturbato.
