O local é bem localizado, mas o quarto não possui micro-ondas. Eles entram no quarto para troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo, mas não fomos informados disso (daí eles desligam tudo para economizar energia, há uma chave geral na parede). Poderiam avisar.

The apartment was excellent - very spacious and lots of room for a family of 5. Each child had their own bed which was super nice. Check-in was great! They communicated with us throughout check-in day which was very helpful. Only issue with staff was when we asked for extra toilet paper. It required several messages and back and forth discussion about housekeeping then was required for a simple request. Also the wifi is not very good. But the location was convenient and central - 10-20min walks to great restaurants!

This was an okay stay for us. What we liked about it was the location. Very close to Spaccanapoli area and San Gregorio Armeno. And also not that bad to walk to the Spanish Quarters area (about 25 minute walk). Parking garage was safe and easy to find on the street in front. What we didn’t love was the cleanliness. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen area of our specific unit. The counter top and stove top were constantly crawling with ants and at one point I found one crawling on my arm. We didn’t make a fuss because we didn’t plan on using the kitchenette as we were only there for 2 quick nights - but if we needed to use the kitchenette I would have been more upset about this. The communication was also great at first but once checked-in, the communication was lacking. We wanted to know about a good place to exchange money for example and didn’t get any response although we could see our messages being read. Yes we could have googled something but we thought it to be safer asking the reception where to go.

Ce n est pas un hotel. Chambre dans un grand appartement avec Sdb. Un peu bruyant. Ménage médiocre, pas de draps changés. Mouchoir sales sous le lit. Traces sur les murs. Bien placé près d un super marché. 20 min à pieds de la gare

It was a great layover stay between Rome and Amalfi. The room itself served our needs but could use some touching up in the bathroom for a deeper clean and a functional shower door.

The communication from the staff was outstanding leading up to our arrival and during stay. The flat was spacious and clean. In a very secure building and always very safe. Loved the ability to go a few blocks to metro. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Duomo, historic district and other sites in walking distance. Price seemed very fair for the location and accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous location.

Good apartment for short stay. Good location near food shops. In apartment only negative was no kettle in room which was surprise. But good positives of location to metro, bus, shops and tourist attractions. The street was quiet one street away from main shopping road. Would recommend.
