Enjoy this beautiful 1st. floor Veranda unit totally renovated with front and back lanai. Comfortably and tastefully 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed and 2 walking closets. Second bedroom with two twins beds. Internet included. Flat screen TV in every room. New kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the beautiful Naples Heritage. Gated community with a guarded gate 24/7. Golf course. Club just finished all new amenities and looks wonderful, new swimming pool, new tennis courts, new gym for you to enjoy. Tenants to pay $ 100.- for Lease application and $ 800.- membership transfer fee to have access to golf, driving range, putting greens, tennis courts and restaurant. During the high season we are booking leases to start on the first day of each month. .

Easy access to Naples Fifth Ave. , Naples Pier and the beaches.

Renters are required to undergo a background check.

Last minute gem!

Rented for my 80+ year old parents. Initial rental was canceled on 12/30 for a 3 month rental. Found Sara’s condo the next day and it worked out great. Had everything they needed. Condo was spotless.

Perfect

The condo was exactly as presented, but better. It is spotlessly clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and had a lovely view. We spent 4 months and were pleased to have the use of the community’s golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, and clubhouse. Not cheap, but well worth the price. Our landlord was very responsive to calls and emails.

Amazing!

We really felt at home in this beautiful veranda unit. Sara thought of everything to welcome us and make our stay wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. There were designer touches in the furnishings and decor throughout. We couldn’t ask for a better rental experience. Plus, we made so many friends in this Naples Heritage community.

Clean and Lovely

Had a great stay. The unit is very clean and the lanai view is lovely. My husband is a golfer and loved the very well maintained course. Although our stay was temporary it had the warmth of being home. My only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Wonderful rental experience

We enjoyed out month long stay at Naples Heritage Golf and Country Club! Great location, nice golf course and friendly staff. The unit has recently been updated and in great shape. The location backs to a pond and the 17th green, fantastic sun and views. Even though we were only transfer members for the month, the club house staff was very used to transient members and were professional and very hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. Everything is new and clean. Unit is very spacious and well stocked. Sara was very accommodating and excellent to work with. We would recommend this unit to anyone.
