Staff Jafranco is good and helpful for booking taxi from hotel to airport. However, hotel surrounding area is not safe and a lots of African, Indian, and other minorities are hanging around. Perhaps they are living nearby but for tourist definitely is not a good place to stay although hotel is close to Napoli Central Station. In addition, we found out that a kettle is not clean and it seems like some stain or bubbles inside when we boiled some hot water.

Breakfast is really good

Breakfast is really good! The location is close to central station, but not safe around hotel, many people look not nice around hotel. Witnessed robbery in burgur king close to central station. Room in hotel is good, clean and tidy, but there is some mosquitos in room. So if it could provide some kind of tool insect repellent, it will be better.

near the train station

the hotel is one of the international hotel chain that we had a good experience in Frence. This time we reserved this hotel chain in Naples with a good expression.That day when we got the hotel, the staff of the reception introduced the taxi trip of Pompeii and Sorento actively with price of 190 Euro. Then he reduced to 100 Euro when we considered it expensive but the talk stopped by the reason that we can not take a whole day to go. Next day we found the train ticket is 2.9 Euro to Pompeii and 6.5 Euro to Sorento when we was at the local train ticket office. In Sorento tourism bus ticket is 10 Euro and we took 20 Euro to have a visit around the town and have a look of sea beach scenery . We had a confusion about the staff whether introducing trip was a item of his job.

Besides an unfriendly staff, All are good!

As the breakdown of the ratings, all are good, location, clean, facilities, conditions....etc. However, one of the staff (day shift at counter) is extremely unfriendly, and unwilling to answer any common enquiries like wifi password, keep key when going out ....etc.

The service was terrible, I got my phone stolen while there and staff were no help. I had to use a map they provided, and the locations they marked down didn't even exist. And when I got back after midnight had to wait 20 mins as the receptionist was sleeping in the hotel as the door was locked. And when checking out I spent 10 mins trying to wake the same guy as was passed out on the sofa. Then having to pay 15euro after that felt a bit robbed.

The hotel itself is fine — clean and functional — but the room was darker than expected, which made it feel a bit gloomy. The location is okay and fairly central, but like much of Naples, it didn’t feel particularly safe, especially at night.

Staff at desk friendly. The room was very spacious with a good view of the street. Breakfast was 10 euro, which was a good price for the selection. Breakfast area was a nice room with a view of Naples. Great location close to train station and metro. I would recommend the Best Western to anyone visiting Naples.

We chose the hotel as we wanted to be close to the main station. We found it easy to walk to the city centre and metro stations. However our room was tiny and dark despite claiming to be superior. We had a small window overlooking tanks and pipe work (our friends had a balcony and view over the square!). The rooftop terrace was great once we managed to find it but there are no lights up there, just wires hanging from the walls where they should be! Some reception staff were very unhelpful. Breakfast was good with great service.

The hotel itself is good, a bit pricey around the neighborhood. Outside the hotel, we can see garbage everywhere. Not the hotel fault, but the government needs to do something so that foreign tourists like us feel comfortable and safe walking around (especially at night).

El hotel está renovado en las zonas comunes. No se corresponde esa imagen con las habitaciones, que están más cerca de un tres estrellas modesto en España. Por lo demás, el personal es amable y competente en general. La única excepción es la "jefa" de la zona de desayunos. En una estancia de siete días de un grupo de seis amigos, todos los días nos puso pegas para juntar mesas y que pudiéramos desayunar juntos, aunque al final lo hacía. Absolutamente innecesario.
