The hotel is great, great breakfast, great staff, the area around it is not excellent, kind of dirty and busy, near bus stations, but Napoli is like that in general anyway. Fun stay.

Staff at desk friendly. The room was very spacious with a good view of the street. Breakfast was 10 euro, which was a good price for the selection. Breakfast area was a nice room with a view of Naples. Great location close to train station and metro. I would recommend the Best Western to anyone visiting Naples.

The staff was so kind! The breakfast on the roof was both plentiful, delicious, and beautiful. It was so quiet at night and we slept well in the clean room. Very close to the train station and easy to navigate to delicious food.

The hotel itself is okay and the central location close to the train cannot be beat. Staff was very nice and accommodating and breakfast was okay. Area on the whole is shady and sketchy and we had a little trouble getting in during a late night. The walls still kind of smelled of cigarette smoke and it's just an older, very basic hotel. Nothing phenomenal, but nothing terrible either. Cheap.

Comfotable, convenient and with helpful staff

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. My double room was quite spacious and surprisingly quiet. I appreciated the comfortable seating area where we could wait after checking out and before heading toward the nearby train station.

Quite a convenient location. Easy to find the hotel, just around the corner of the Piazza Garibaldi and near to the stop No.7 of the city bus tour (ticket can be bought at the hotel). Helpful staff too. Nice breakfast with a pretty balcony. Such a pity that the restaurant is not open other than breakfast time. Only frozen food available at dinner. My bathroom is fine luckily but two of my friends who live in the same hotel (in two different rooms) found the shower door is not tight and resulting in flooding on the bathroom and even the room floor. Causing quite a mess!

When we were driving to the hotel, we were not sure it was in a great spot for us as the area round. It seemed a little bit sketchy. However, the hotel was beautiful and we were very happy there and would definitely recommend staying there. We did find a restaurant around the corner close to the Train station, which had some great food

Property was fine, not sure I would stay again. Area around hotel appeared a little rough, not sure it was unsafe as much as the streets were dirty with many locals hanging around. It is a 5 min walk to Termini and there are many restaurants very close by. We went on 2 tours and the meeting point was at a hotel that was a short 10 min walk. Location was convenient. Staff was helpful. Rooms were small and dark, and did not get much daylight. For the price and the amount of time we spent in the room it worked out well.

Staff Jafranco is good and helpful for booking taxi from hotel to airport. However, hotel surrounding area is not safe and a lots of African, Indian, and other minorities are hanging around. Perhaps they are living nearby but for tourist definitely is not a good place to stay although hotel is close to Napoli Central Station. In addition, we found out that a kettle is not clean and it seems like some stain or bubbles inside when we boiled some hot water.

The one thing the BW Hotel Plaza in Naples has going for it is it's close proximity to the Centrale Train Station. It is about a 5 minute walk pulling suit cases to get from the trains to the BW location. However, you are walking thru what has to be one of the very worst part of Naples (??).... I certaintly would not stay here if I were a young female and had plans to go out walking in the evenings to go to dinner. (The heavy metal doors that lock on the front of hotel give you some idea of it's location). The hotel had the worst 'sewage' type of smell of all time. We hoped it would go away once we were in our room, but it was even worse. The noise of constant sirens and horns blaring went all night long. The beds were twins, which we had asked for, but, very very very narrow twin beds. The linens were nice :) And, the hotel agent did arrange for us a 30 euro ride via taxi to the airport in the morning. All in all, I would not stay here again. We just considered it was a Best Western and would have the same standards as what we are somewhat use to.
