The room was clean and the location to the airport is very nice although walking at night is confusing and the back entrance is dark and strange. Still the best place to stay in Napoli when you have an early flight.

Great location next to the airport but pretty sure there was a leak in the bathroom so water was constantly on the floor. The shower wasn’t great either. More water got everywhere despite there being glass. The soap wasn’t great and the shampoo was in a bag lol. I suppose my main gripe was with the bathroom. Everything else in the room gave off sex motel since things looked cheap. Not sure why there’s 4 stars next to their name in the logo

There is no way this is a four star property. Convenient to be close to the airport but in a truly unsafe area. No restaurants near by and the property restaurant is not open for business. Stay downtown and taxi to the airport. They actually buzz you in and keep all doors locked. Shame on you Expedia for allowing this misrepresentation.

Good hotel for one night within walking distance to NAP airport. As others have said, the area is noisy but the rooms do block it out. Quite a bit of noise between the rooms. Lots of garbage in the streets and public transport in Naples is frustrating, probably best to stick with the airport bus (5 euros) if you want to go into the city. Breakfast was very simple.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Ficamos 11 dias. Foi nos cobrada indevidamente a taxa da Prefeitura de Euro 121,00 pois temos mais de 70 anos. Vou ver se me reembolsam. O quarto era limpo todos os dias, mas utilizam algum tipo de desinfetante de cheiro desagradável que só sumia após o ar condicionado ligado algum tempo. Começou a faltar toalhas e sabão. Reclamamos à Gerência que nos atendeu e no dia seguinte a Responsável pela Limpeza se desculpou e até nos deu de presente uma bandeira do time do Napoli

Served a purpose

I had a panic about checking in as our flight was delayed but the reception staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Hotel itself is a little in need of a facelift and the area is a bit dodgy and a longer journey into Naples centre than I’d realised. That being said, the location is perfect for the airport

The hotel is ranked 4 stars but I would give it a solid 2 ,it is very basic and tired looking but ok as a base for exploring the area. Rooms are cleaned daily. Pool is great,breakfast is ok ( tea, coffee,juice,water,various pastries ,fruit and some savoury stuff like omlet,eggs,ham,cheese,olives tomatoes etc.,staff are friendly and helpfull. The area outside the hotel is terrible,lots of rubbish lying around but obviously this is a local council issue rather than the hotel's. Hotel reception is 24 hrs ,the front doors are locked at all times and each entry is reviewed by hotel staff so we did feel safe. Hotel is 10 min walk from airport , we hardly heard any planes taking off etc inside the room,noise levels were ok. Very limited choice of dining out near the hotel. No restaurants near only two snack caffes.

Upside, the staff was very friendly. The property was in a great location to walk to the airport. Breakfast was good. Downside, the smell in the room was horrible and the mildew in the tub area was really bad. I would recommend if you have an early flight for the convenience of walking over in less than 10 minutes.

Les seuls atouts de cet hôtel sont sa proximité avec l’aeroport (à peine 10 minutes à pied) et la piscine. Les chambres sont correctes mais mal insonorisées (on entend la télé du voisin) et les murs vibrent dès qu'un avion décolle. Hôtel suffisant pour une nuit avant un décollage matinal.

Oasis just by the airport

Great place if you are arriving Naples and need a base before heading to other places. Manager was lovely, nice relaxed atmosphere, lovely clean pool was like an oasis in the middle of airport facilities. Breakfast adequate, family room nice and spacious. Would recommend for families.
