Beautiful, spacious condo in a great location. My husband and i spent 40 days at this condo and we were delighted by the high end decor and comfortable beds. The owners provided a whole garage full of nice extras, that included beach chairs for 4, an umbrella, a nice LP grill, new bikes, tennis rackets, and coolers.Great walk-in closets, beautiful lanai and plenty of seating of all. We enjoyed the little sunny seating area by the kitchen for lunches overlooking the pool and lake.The subdivision has a beautiful shady tree lined boulevard and within walking distance to the very popular Seed to Table grocery store and restaurant with live music.There is a Pickleball group that meets (see the message board in the Lodge) twice a week at a nearby Sports Activity Park. We loved kayaking on the Calusa in nearby Bonita Springs and visited the mercado in Naples for high-end dining and upscale happy hours.All-in-all, we really enjoyed all Carlton Lakes has to offer and especially this condo. The owners were very helpful and responsive. the rooms are s[pacious and well appointed. The appliances are modern.
