The host didn't explain that we had to climb 800 meters up a medieval stairs. Not suitable for disabled people, the elderly, or those with heart conditions. Only for Alpinist climbers. Under no circumstances does the host help us go for up or down the medieval stairs

L'appartement est très beau et le quartier très agréable et grand, juste il y avait une information pas bien précisée dans l'annonce. L'adresse ce n'est pas Via Pedamentina 7 mais Vico Pedamentina 7, et cela veut dire qu'il y a encore des escaliers à monter.

Être en pleine forme pour accéder à l'appartement

Le silence et la vue sont très appréciables dans cet appartement. L'accès est sportif et mal indiqué. Préciser comment le trouver. De très nombreuses marches pour y accéder (à préciser). Appartement spacieux mais de nombreux désagréments: il faudrait distinguer les clés sur le trousseau pour éviter de toutes les essayer à chaque fois. Il serait indispensable de mettre des lampes de chevet dans la chambre. Un torchon pour la vaisselle serait très apprécié Gros souci d'écoulement de l'eau dans la douche Nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle très sale, non lavée dans les placards. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures autour des fenêtres et dans la douche. L'étend linge est cassé, donc inutilisable. Nous n'avons jamais réussi à faire fonctionner le téléviseur. Appartement agréable

Appartement agréable correspond au descriptif, la propreté un peu juste, on sent qu’il y a eu du passage (abattant wc casse, porte de douche cassée, l’évacuation de la douche difficile,…) ça n’empêche pas de profiter du logement Bon à savoir le logement n’est pas accessible en voiture et vous avez presque 200 marches pour arriver au logement, prévoyez un sac à dos et non une valise 😉 mais la vue est très superbe et le logement est calme et silencieux après une journée bien animée en ville
