Delightful bright and quiet apartment, surrounded by greenery, among the scents of citrus fruits. It is located in the center of Naples, in the Montecalvario district, just halfway between the historic city center and the Vomero hill. Composed of a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen and private garden. Under the stairs of the house, there is the Funicular which in a few minutes connects you with the Vomero district or with Montesanto. Nearby pizzerias, restaurants, minimarkets, pharmacy etc ...

The location was good. But upon arrival, there was a moldy or moist odor from an “essential oils” humidifier fragrance. The odor was intolerable and my husband unplugged the unit and took it outside.

Cozy Stay

Our stay in Naples was one of a kind. The communication on behalf of the host was beyond helpful. It was clear, flexible, and effective. The coziness of the place was the reason we felt at home and welcomed. Although Naples is a hectic city, we found a nice place to stay only one stop away from the nearest metro station. We were very pleased to stay here and, the stairs we used to get the the apartment are worth it.

Logement calme très agréable avec sa petite terrasse et son jardin, bien situé à 5 minutes d’une station de funiculaire permettant d’accéder rapidement aussi bien dans les quartiers en hauteur que dans le centre animé de Naples. Accueil chaleureux de Claudia qui nous à donné de nombreux renseignements et laissé entre autres de quoi grignoter pour le petit déjeuner.

Words can’t describe how wonderful this garden apartment was so very clean and cozy

The apartment had its own private patio outside the French doors of the living room plus its very own private garden. Exceptionally close to transportation that took us to the city center in 3 minutes and to other areas of Naples in 4 minutes. An exciting location to live among the locals and see the Italian way of living. The apartment was grand and Manuel and Claudia our hosts could not have been more kind and service oriented. We love them and we stayed for 7 1/2 weeks and every minute was a joy for us. There are 43 stairs to climb so if you have a problem with stairs that is something to think about but stairs and walking our part of the adventure in experiencing Italian culture. I promise you will not be disappointed in choosing this garden apartment for your stay in Naples. It is a perfect location for getting transportation connections to wherever you want to go. It is a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In all ways. Donna and Paul from USA Can’t say enough about this sparkling clean darling and delightful apartment. We loved it ❤️

C’est vraiment un petit paradis calme et verdoyant au cœur de Naples. Claudia est une hôtesse exemplaire. Ça vaut vraiment la peine de monter les 43 marches. Tout est accessible à pied. L’apartement est d’une propreté exemplaire. Merci Claudia!

Clean comfortable apartment with a garden, very friendly helpful owners, excellent quiet location. If you do not mind climbing some stairs you can walk to lively central places (or else take a funicolare to Montesanto station).
