Location is convenient to main train/metro station and 20-30in walk to many sites/tourist area. Staff were pleasant. Room was basic but adequate/cheap for me as a solo traveller staying for a week. I wouldn't have wanted to stay here with a partner. Most other rooms seemed to be occupied by 'residents'. The area around the hotel is rough and dirty. You could call it "character". A mainly black and Chinese area, people sleeping on bare matresses on the street, lots of street stalls around selling their wares. I never felt threatened or intimidated but I can imagine many people would who are older, single females or a little naive.

A lousy value for big money. The property was dirty with beggars asking for money. The area was stinky, dirty and dangerous.

No lift. Stairs steep. Steps in corridors unmarked. Low ceiling on stairs (I hit my head). No fire escape notice in room; cupboards dusty. No shelf in bathroom. Missing plug in shower, just a hole with sharp points to hurt feet where cover should have been. Shower weak, drips because joints leaked, Too few power sockets to charge items. Nowhere to put suitcases to unpack them. No bedside lights or bedside switches for main lights. Noisy (woken by guests arriving 2.30am). Aircraft noise. Staff could not find our booking on arrival because they had us listed under corrupted first names not surnames! But they did allow us to leave bags in reception after checking out.

Comfortable, but dirty and band smelling

The room was really comfortable, but the towels had some hair on them, and there is a strong smell of cigarets that males it hard to stay in the room.

Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Il y a la clim aussi ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein mois d'août. Les locaux sont propres et pas détérioré. Ce qui est fortement décevant, c'est l'amabilité des employés. Celui de notre arrivée était très froid, et celui du départ voulais nous refaire payer la nuit alors que nous l'avions déjà réglé sur le site.. Nous avons dû appeller le gérant puis regarder nos relevés bancaires afin de ne pas payer la chambre 2 fois.. Le quartier aussi n'est pas très "rassurant" et sale. Pour un court séjour et rapport qualité prix c'est correct.

Immaginavo meglio

La pulizia della camera lascia a desiderare, per non parlare poi delle lenzuola rotte e coperte in buchi fatti da sigaretta, per non parlare dei segni di bruciature da sigaretta sui comodini. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non appropriato, e senza colazione inclusa.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier sinistre où il est peu sécurisant de rentrer le soir. Le personnel de l'hôtel est fort peu aimable et rechigne à vous aider (il m'a fallu insister 4 jours pour récupérer la télécommande de la télé!). Ils ne parlent qu'italien. La chambre était correcte et propre mais l'hôtel est très bruyant (défaut de fabrication: il y a un vide entre le mur et la porte de la chambre). De plus pendant mon séjour, il y avait des travaux dans le couloir et les chambres juste à côté de ma chambre: bruit et odeur insupportables!
