The hosts were great communicators! The home was less than a mile from shops and so many restaurants, and a super quick jont to the beach. If in the area again we would definitely book again.

Home is set up with everything you need! Plenty of towels both for home use and beach, more than enough dishes. Walk to beach is pretty easy. The area is great!

Great Midwestern Winter Getaway!

This was a great place to stay! Location was right in between food and beaches. It is located on the main road of Marco but it was not difficult to leave the property! Had anything you can think of that you’d need for the beach, even three bikes! House was very clean and property manager was very responsive (within minutes) and accommodated any concerns around our schedule. We will certainly be back!!

Our trip was awesome. The house is perfect and so well equipped. Made for an easy to manage stay. We cooked in often because it was so easy to do so and the fenced it yard made for great fun for our dogs. A convenient location to get to or walk to anywhere. Thank you so much. Our dream vacation

These vacations were the best!!! The host was available all the time if needed, I celebrated my daughter’s birthday and she was the happiest cause she had all she wanted which was the pool! They even came for pool service while at our stay! I recommend this vacation (dream) with close eyes!! Would love to rent again this year!! THANK YOU!!!

We had a great experience at the Flamingo House in Marco Island. The house was very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool was warm and clean. We had a problem with the lock on one of the doors. I contacted Mark and it was resolved promptly. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

Flamingo House Visit

I enjoyed my winter ‘get away’ to the Flamingo House. Marco Island was great and relaxing. Beach, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Loved taking the bikes to the end of the island and to the beach.

The rental house was very clean, with calming colors and super peaceful on a busy street. The pool was well maintained and the house was well supplied with beach gear. It was such a great location too. Close to everything. I reach have to applaud the customer service for being available every time and so kind and professional. I ended up not bringing my furr baby, and a pet fee was refunded. I would definitely visit again this home. Great people great stay on Marco!

Great stay at Flamingo House

Even though the flamingo was no where to be found, we enjoyed the heated pool so much. The home is pleasantly decorated and comfortable— just as pictured. Nice neighborhood, but on busy main road Collier North. Our group loves shelling, so we took the Hemingway Shuttle to Keewaydin Island twice during the week. Stayed 6 hours each time and had great success shelling. I would recommend staying at the Flamingo House.

We had a great time. The house was very clean and the house was updated. The host Mark was excellent at responding to any questions. The pool heat included in the rental was a real plus as well. We have a great vacation !

The house was nice and clean! We had everything we needed to have here a great vacation with 2 little kids! We recommend to stay here ! The house is exactly like in the pictures ! We liked that door screen to go pool had a lock located higher, and if you have small kids they can’t go to pool without you because they cannot open that door)) All the important groceries stores, walgreens, restaurants is like 4-6 min by car…we enjoyed this vacation! And Mark respond very quickly to our questions!

GREAT TIME at 390 N. Collier

My husband and I had a wonderful time during February. This was our first time staying on Marco Island and we loved it. Everything is so close, shopping, restaurants and beaches. The house was perfect in size and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time out back at the pool. My dog, Stevie enjoyed watching for geckos and chasing after them. Needless to say, he never caught one! We'll be back next February. Thanks to Mark at iTrip!!

Flamingo House Review

Very well equipped home. Fabulous pool for our family to enjoy. Walkable distance to several restaurants. We were aware it was on Collier which is very busy and loud, but the pool area was private and secluded from the hustle and bustle going by in the front. You cannot hear traffic inside the home. Home was clean and comfortable. Great screened lanai for eating in. Very responsive management as well. We love Marco and the fact it isn’t a true loud spring break destination. More of a family friendly atmosphere. Only thing we noticed is the family room area needs a sectional or more seating to hang out and watch tv. One couch is not enough space for a family of 6 or 7 people as the three bedroom home sleeps. We did many excursions and enjoyed the proximity to the beaches as well. Our stay was three weeks and we enjoyed every minute. Pet friendly was a plus as well!
