A sunny Naples vacation awaits you with this 1350 sqft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Located in the exclusive gated Beachwalk community. A short walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Beachwalk is beautifully landscaped and has a 24 hour gated entrance. Enjoy 2 pools, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, bocce court, clubhouse and fitness center. This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 4 and is the closest building to the beach access gate. Located on the first floor with a private flower lined courtyard and walk out access to a beautifully landscaped backyard.

Tastefully decorated and freshly painted with an open floor plan. If you like to cook, the kitchen has new appliances and is ready for your cooking experience. The lanai offers a peaceful place to dine, have a cocktail or read a book. The living room and lanai have a coastal feel. The large master bedroom has a new king sized mattress and bedding along with a walk in closet. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a separate bathroom. The laundry includes a new washer and dryer.


A designated carport for one vehicle is included, with plenty of visitor parking.

Amenities include: fully stocked kitchen, wifi, flat screen tvs, in-unit washer/dryer, beach chairs/cart, full access to 2 pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and much more…

Beachwalk is in a prime location, just 3 blocks from Vanderbilt Beach. Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park is only 3 miles away. Whichever beach you choose, enjoy relaxing or walking on the beach, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. The condo is also under a mile from many grocery stores such as Publix and Whole Foods. The Mercato and Paragon Pavillion outdoor shopping centers are close with movie theaters, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Popular restaurants either in walking distance or a short drive include the Turtle Club, Baleen, The Capital Grill, Rocco’s Tacos, Brooks Burgers, Seasons 52 and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse.

Beautiful Beachwalk

This is our 3rd time at the condo. We really enjoy our stay, it’s comfortable and in a great location . The owner is always available if there is a little hiccup. We hope to visit again next year.

We’ve stayed here several times now. Remodeled 2nd bath is very well done, perfect for when our daughters visited. Had an AC issue and it was addressed quickly with great concern about our being inconvenienced during our stay. Much appreciated.

Lovely Condo and Community

I very much enjoyed my February 2024 stay in Marjorie's Beachwalk condominium. Her unit was clean, uncluttered, and organized, and ready for my arrival. Check-in was frictionless, and Marjorie's communications in advance were responsive and timely. And the flowers and wine welcoming me upon my arrival were a sweet surprise. The community is safe, secure, well-kept, and offers a wide variety of amenities, being only a few blocks walk to Vanderbilt Beach and shopping, and a short 15-20 minute drive to Fifth Avenue South and Third Street. I highly recommend booking with Marjorie!

This condo was very pleasant and was in a nice location. It was close to the pool and the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk outside both front and back of the condo. The owner was super nice and attentive to any of our needs. We would stay here again for sure!!!!!

Spacious unit in beautiful Beachwalk

We loved our stay at this property! Nice layout, beautiful kitchen that had everything we needed. Short walk to the pool and beach. Took advantage of shops, restaurants and the movie theater nearby. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Perfect location for us as we had a lot of friends and family who were staying not far away that we were able to get together with during our stay!

Beachwalk condo!

Great location- walked to beach everyday! Everything we needed was there- including beach chairs, umbrella and a bike! Very comfortable condo with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beachwalk was a nice community with very friendly people!

March in Naples during the Corona virus

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only thing missing from the kitchen (bar) was a martini shaker and a proper martini glass. We rode our bikes up to Pier 1 imports and purchased our kit. The condo was perfect and Tricia was a 5 star owner, very responsive. The Beachwalk Condo Association closed the pools and the tennis courts due to the virus, but that couldn’t be helped. We would stay for two months next winter, but I think that it is already booked.
