Urlaub in Pozzuoli

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Pozzuoli. Die Stadt ist gut mit dem Zug angebunden und hat auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten, z. Bsp. das Amphitheater, die Altstadt, der Hafen und der Stand. Nach Neapel kommt man mit der Bahn. Leider ging während unseres Aufenthaltes die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer des Appartements nicht. Dieses Problem könnte auch in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden. Die Wohnung ist hübsch, gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Meerblick.

Bon point de chute pour Naples et environs

Aspects positifs de l'appartement : grand appartement original dans sa conception, beaux volumes, bien équipé, superbe terrasse à la fois grande et avec une vue imprenable tant sur Pozzuoli, les fumerolles et la mer. La place de parking dans la résidence est parfaite. Proximité de deux stations de métros permettant de rejoindre Naples facilement. Aspects négatifs : la location sera parfaite après un réajustement des prestations de wonderful italy : d'une part certains éléments sont dégradés (robinet de la salle d'eau mal fixé, lunette des toilettes pas fixée du tout, le porte rouleau du papier toilette présent sur les photos a disparu, les coussins des fauteuils de la terrasse sont laissés dehors donc ont été trouvés gorgés d'eau et franchement sales), d'autre part le ménage constitue un réel problème. Tas de poussières sous la tête de lit, insectes morts dans les coins et sur le bord du lavabo, mégot de cigarette sur la terrasse, filtre du lave vaisselle rempli de saletés, certaines parties (entrée, escalier, meuble xontenant la machine à laver) clairement pas nettoyées, quand on paie 80 euros de prestation de ménage on est en droit d'attendre quelque chose de nickel à la prise des clefs. J'ajoute que la communication avant la remise des clefs a permis une entrée sans difficulté malgré les incohérences entre contacts fournis sur la messagerie et numéro de contact réel sur place, en sortie j'ai envoyé 2 messages à notre interlocuteur restés sans réponse. A améliorer !
