"Is a beautiful property and the location is excellent. Only one bad thing. Our bathroom shower door didn’t close so every day we were using towels to dry the floor. It was a lot of water and a hard process. We informed the front desk staff but nothing was done. They only sent more towels to dry the floor"

"The staff here were unbelievably helpful, cannot thank them enough (they searched my car for 20 minutes looking for a lost key at 11:30pm) and were helping me resolve by calling the break down service etc. They swiftly brought me room service at midnight. The breakfast on the roof with the view was heavenly!"
