You will immediately feel the SEA COAST LIVING you’ve been looking for as you enter the main living area. A welcoming, comfortable & oversized sectional sofa greets you upon arrival; all as you admire the local decor. Just beyond the living room you will come upon a large eat in kitchen / dining room area which is truly the heart of the home. The kitchen boasts an oversized eat- in island; surrounded by the high-end stainless-steel appliances. Just through the sliding glass doors of the kitchen, is the covered & screened in patio which is the perfect place to sit back and relax; either to start your day with your cup of coffee/tea or to finish out your day with a night cap (or two).
The spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed, large “California” closet and a gorgeous in suite bathroom that includes a full sized tub. A second set of sliding glass doors will also take you to the patio.
The second & third bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, still keeping with the coastal decor. The home's main bathroom sits in between both of these two bedrooms and it, too, has a tub.
We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & bath towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), dishwasher and washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The home even comes with a high chair for our youngest guests. Of course, the home comes with a total of 4 Smart TVs (all 3 bedrooms and the main living area) as well as cable and High Speed Internet through the home and DVD Player & Full Studio Surround Sound in the Living Room.
If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, with enough time, we will try our best to accommodate.
Located in the heart of Naples Park, you are just a few minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Shore; primarily Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Pass. For dining and entertainment, the Mercato is just a few blocks away and 5th Avenue South / Tin City is just a short car ride away.
The administrative fee of 59.00 is to purchase damage protection insurance during your stay! *There is a $20/night pool/heating fee.
