Perfect spot in the action

This is a clean well equipped apartment on the third floor of a classic Spanish Quarter apartment building. The balcony overlooks a lively square, and when you’re ready to have some quiet closing the doors and a little white noise or music will do the trick. We loved being in the thick of all the action, great people watching!

Luigi and Chiara were waiting outside to greet me. And throughout the stay , Luigi was readily available on WhatsApp. The apartment is well equipped and spacious, ideal for a couple. Luigi had provided milk, fruit juice breakfast breads jam and water in the fridge. There were several jars of herbs n spices olive oil plus 2 bottles of wine. The micro , washing machine, fridge and hob are all modern . The kitchen which has everything you need in terms of crockery and utensils; has a huge ceiling fan which runs 24/7 and keeps the kitchen at a pleasant temperature. The bathroom comes with soap shampoo and shower gel. The lounge is well furnished. Both the lounge and bedroom come with wardrobes and drawers. The large AC unit at the end of the lounge keeps both the lounge and bedroom cool. The bed is very firm and comfortable. The apartment is 3 mins from the metro,and 10 minutes later you are at Garibaldi for the trains to Pompeii Vesuvio Herculaeneum and 12 to 15 min walk from the ferryport to all the islands and the coastal resorts. For supermarkets, Conad is 5 mins walk and Supero 8 mins. The market at via Pignasecca is great for fresh fruit veg n fish; There are trattoria and bars on every corner especially on via Sperenzella. I would 100% recommend this apartment if you want to experience Naples and the hosts are super.

Super nette Gastgeber, noch nie fanden wir so eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Die Küche war mit allem Ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war unglaublich gut. Der Gastgeber hat innerhalb weniger Minuten auf meine Fragen reagiert. Ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sehr lebhaft, d.h. es kann Nachts etwas lauter werden, aber dies sollte schon vorher bekannt sein.

Tolle Gastgeber in zentral gelegener Wohnung.

Luigi und seine Frau sind toll Gastgeber. Immer hilfsbereit und großzügig. Er hat uns einen exzellenten Führer für Pompéi besorgt. Haben uns auf der Straße erwartet. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Bestens ausgestattet Wohnung. Sie liegt zentral, nahe an allen touristischen Punkten. Metro Toledo vor der Türe. Allerdings zwei kleine Warnungen: Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist hoch und die Treppe, die hoch zum Bett führt ist ziemlich steil und eng. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von einigen Bars, die die Bässe meist bis 12.30 nachts weit aufdrehen. Dies und das laute jugendliche Publikum der Bar machen das Einschlafen vor 12.30 eher unmöglich. Das ist halt der Preis, den mal zahlen muss für den Aufenthalt in einem sehr angesagten und lebhaften Stadtteil. Nochmals die Gastgeber sind toll und geben sich alle Mühe den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Très bonne localisation dans un quartier très vivant et animé!

Super semaine! Très bonne localisation les nombreuses visites à pieds. Métro à 100m. Très bon accueil des très agréables propriétaires! Rien ne nous a manqué dans l’appartement. Nous partons ce jour et n’avons qu’une seule envie : y revenir!

Grazioso soggiorno nel cuore di Napoli

La gentilezza e la cura di Luigi e di sua moglie sono state un ben venuto molto caloroso a Napoli. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort è tenuto benissimo e si presenta con una pulizia ineccepibile. La zona è strategica, nel centro di Napoli non adatto probabilmente a chi preferisce zone tranquille e silenziose ma per chi ama invece immergersi nel cuore pulsante della città è assolutamente il posto giusto. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo gioiellino. La trattoria Nennella proprio sotto casa è stata una mano santa e mi ha sfamato per gran parte del mio soggiorno: ottimi pasti a prezzi irrisori serviti con allegria.
